Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any cancellation of orders, returns or exchanges of products due to customer's reasons. Please understand this in advance.

If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, we will exchange it for a defective item. However, please note that we may issue a refund if we do not have the replacement item in stock.

About refunds

In the case of credit card payment
We will cancel the credit card transaction data for the order in question.

In the case of defective merchandise
Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise and return the merchandise to us. If the product is not in stock, we will exchange it or refund the product price and shipping costs.
