These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and should be paid directly to the delivery company or customs broker at the time of delivery.

For DHL shipments, customer information must be entered in English. Additionally, for shipments to South Korea, a 13-digit Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required, so please include it in the remarks.
